Yuck, Water!
Hey, let's face it. We literally need water to survive. I have came across a lot of people that do not like water. I used to be that person. I did not start drinking water until I was about 17 years old. Yeah, I knew my body was made up of 60% of water. Yet, I didn't think it required me to drink it. I never really put much thought into it. I just assumed my body made the water it needs, and tea was a good substitute. Silly right? Tea has it benefits, but it also dehydrates you. My sister Jas and I carries a bottle of water with us everywhere we go. Jas even leaves a hydration bottle at work, and I carry multiple bottles of water. Why should you drink water? You must constantly refill, refuel, and rejuvenate the body I would say. The body it constantly absorbing and exuding water.
